You could also install a laundry chute in the bathroom and then place the washing machine on the ground floor. I would have concerns about the noise if the machines run at night.

Then you could convert the storage room above the bedroom into a dressing room

That works
It looks much clearer and more sensible.
However, I would now simply push the tub forward a bit and behind it partly build a wall, additionally build in the tub with a pedestal of the same height. That always looks very elegant.
I would also discuss with the architect whether the tub should be set into the screed, not on top of it. That way you gain additional height. She should then show you a cross-section of that.

Furthermore, I would also mirror WC/shower (toilet at the top of the plan, shower at the bottom of the plan).

If the washing machine/dryer is upstairs, then think about a thicker wall there towards the children's room. Possibly place the washing machine/dryer against the bedroom wall.

Best regards, Yvonne

That was now the last draft from the designer... we are supposed to clarify the rest with the central office during the planning meeting... I like the suggestions with the heavy shower and bathtub... however, I also want to first see what they offer... I think it’s much better now... the consideration I still have is whether a skylight in the upstairs hallway makes sense?? However, cleaning it would be difficult then?!

I would definitely install a roof window, otherwise it will simply be too dark. And there are cleaning devices with telescopic handles..
