Floor plan proposals - What works, what doesn't?

Why would anyone run a washing machine at 2:00 AM?

I am indeed a man and therefore not the King of washing machines, that is usually the Queen, but I have been married to her for over 32 years, together for 35, and the washing machine has never washed at two o'clock in the morning at our place.

But the last draft turned out quite well, put in the DF, possibly shrink the guest WC, pay attention to the position of the bathtub and swap the shower/WC upstairs. Done is a functional, good floor plan.

The thing with the laundry chute would be okay, but Ev doesn't necessarily want to share the storage room on the ground floor with the laundry, and a dressing room isn't necessary either. That's fine as it is!

It's an almost good floor plan, at least in my opinion the best has been achieved. The fine tuning is doable, but something good has come out for Ev's needs.

If you now set the double door to the living room in the middle of the bay window, it will be more homogeneous. Then there will also be a nice cupboard space in the hallway in that corner.
