I gave her the measurements of our furniture... so living room, dining room, and some cabinets... we don't have a kitchen yet... I've already "tinkered"

Natural corridor lighting from above is not simple: above the storage room strip is the attic. A double casement window above the stairs: who would want to clean it (how?) - a glass door in the bathroom would be conceivable.

Does she not scribble simultaneously when you talk (or better: does she have her CAD open right away)?

No... everything is done via email.. I send my "scribbles" or briefly say over the phone what I want, then she hangs up and a week later I get the result.

I also can't find a nice solution for the upper floor... the bathroom could become too long... But this "Minibalken" can't be another storage room either?! It’s a bit more difficult to design upstairs...

No

Now everything is clear to me. This won't work like that. She's a stupid cow, if I may quote Alfred Tetzlaff. She is probably underpaid, gets a flat rate to mess around with a prospective client, and is already deep in the red regarding your project. And this will go on forever, draft no. 24 and 25 are still to come. This will never work!

You have to cut out your furniture yourself with scissors and move it on a plan and hold your phone over it now and then and take pictures. And pack all the drawings and drive to her and talk live. Either you take an hour together for this, or it will never end.

Now I understand your earlier remark

That means, wait another week and then you get a new attic proposal from her; but you have already moved on with your ground floor??? - Mistress, throw your brain out of Heaven!

That's exactly right, that's how you do it: the bathroom will be that long, and the washing machine and dryer go in there, so they don't bother the closet on the other side of the hallway. They are also grateful users of the space in the u2m area, where the bathtub is completely misplaced.

Do you really want the washing machine/dryer next to the bedroom? They make noise, and at our place they often run late into the night...
