Sorry, but a great deal of thinking is demanded of me here, which I cannot guarantee ... and it is ultimately also assumed.
One must not assume that everyone is sitting in front of a 21-inch monitor doing nothing but looking at SweetHome designs.

When you are then asked for dimensions and a summary so that the user does not have to copy his info from a number of posts... the questioner is challenged. Oh dear... how bad of me to have a follow-up question!

P.S. and what is being reprimanded here does not matter, as long as sender/receiver apparently do not speak the same language.

I see it well on seventeen and fifteen inches. You can train yourself to "look with open eyes." The fact that the stair width appears black on brown is more difficult than the size (or that the measurements are not all neatly aligned along dimension lines). Whether someone tells a story fluently or handles a questionnaire in a predetermined order is a matter of taste - also as a reader of both.

Now ..... I perceived it that way. He presents, explains a little, for two, no guest room, one living level, costs not insignificant....... Reactions felt like, what kind of nonsense did you draw there. That you first go stubborn and say, do they even listen to me, do I understand. It is special, yes, but it can work for two people who are apparently both artistically active and both have a certain stubbornness, overall pretty well.... and Henry did listen and changed something. Some things but will be set there. I can still remember how our floor plan was commented on: hallway narrow, little wardrobe space, dark. True. It's a compromise. Living room lacks zoning. Dining table and TV collide. Hm? In the plan there is neither dining table nor TV. The table is in the kitchen, TV in the guest room, and in the living room the stereo system, the good old one with the Canton fonum speakers... What zoning is missing? Karsten

Where exactly? Where is the drain shared efficiently?
And the toilet upstairs is also moved around arbitrarily... not even the 25 cm KS was enough for anyone to use it, let alone a craftsman installing it according to DIN.

But it's not about not making mistakes.

My point is only that in this thread criticism is expressed towards those who contribute here and do not just say: everything's nice, well done.

And that's why I'm out.

P.s. For me, it's often 4.

So, of course I'm tinkering, but I don't find the requirements that simple, although I can understand the requirements quite well.

And yes, our standard question thread is not filled out, but I think there is so much information given that is really sufficient. Especially also a meaningful site plan with a north arrow, etc. You just can't follow everything according to the standard "checklist" ... so, stay relaxed.

... I already announced it, tinkered a bit. And moved the sauna to the ground floor, the technology for it to the upper floor.

Here are my thoughts as bullet points, just unsorted:

[*]Sauna with an outside exit, hopefully a sufficient resting place by the window with a view of the greenery.
[*]Bathroom on the ground floor also houses washing machine/dryer as a stack, the bathroom also has an exit to the outside. Hanging laundry outside in summer and almost all laundry is done in this area in the end.
[*]Sleeping, dressing, bathing, showering, and sauna all in a kind of private section.
[*]Between the two bedrooms you can remove the wall and have a large bedroom, even the dressing/private hallway area could be arranged a bit differently.

[*]In the hallway still a storage option in a flush-to-the-wall cabinet for vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies.
[*]Shelf under the stairs for the living area.
    [*]Piano in the living area.
[*]Kitchen now about 350 cm wide with an idea of how I could imagine the kitchen layout. You could even integrate storage flush to the wall under the stairs on the right, for beverage supplies and the like.

[*]Upper floor ... For easy delivery of the house technology, a double window door in the studio. Access to the technology also from the studio.
[*]Then a guest bathroom on the upper floor, guests can also use it as a WC, they just have to go upstairs. I find that reasonable. For that, there is space on the gallery for a guest bed. Possibly one might also want to separate off a room there, which can then be used as a reading/guest room.

Roof without kneewall at 45°.
This is not all 100% finalized and is largely based on the original plan, which I find comprehensible in many points.
The staircase should only be clad underneath, it's always hard to illustrate (or my skills are not sufficient ).
