Floor plan proposals - What works, what doesn't?

If you swap children I and the bedroom, then you are approaching our floor plan. We have the two children's rooms on the right. Both similarly sized, the dormer window is above a gallery in the hallway, for lighting. Ok, storage room is missing, as there is a basement. Could maybe work for you too, possibly working with a dormer or dormer window in the bathroom/bedroom

As far as I have read, she is an illustrator employed at BU and not a performance-oriented architect. She draws according to instructions, which can be fatal for a client who has a claim.

We drove the extra 150km there last time... and then the disaster with the utility room in the middle came up... so going there won't help either... but I think now we're on a good path... I quite like the ground floor like this... the only thing left is the layout of the upper floor... I still have to work on that... I'm still missing the brilliant idea...

I am not "allowed" to move the bathroom; it must be above the utility room..

And another dormer is not allowed due to the development plan... because the area would then be too large and we are only allowed to build 1.5 storeys...

From the location of the bathroom, something can be made!

Where should your wardrobe etc. be stored now in the entrance hall?
