From a certain roof pitch, the double casement window cleans itself.

I'll say something completely different now. You have to decide gradually. The more you put in here, the wilder the ideas become. Someone always has something they wanted to do differently, and you are supposed to live there, not me or anyone else. Then there are wild ideas like a laundry chute would also be nice, yes, you can also stick a mop up your ass and whistle la paloma. Eventually, and not too far away, your construction company will say enough with the games. Either like this or it's over. Because if it starts off this complicated, who knows what kind of stress this client will give us next. Ok? Sure, the customer is king, but nobility also obliges. Karsten

A laundry chute is really not bad, fits well into the existing floor plan, and costs about 1500 euros per floor.

But the last draft turned out quite well, insert DF, possibly reduce the size of the guest WC, pay attention to the position of the bathtub, and swap the shower/WC on the upper floor. That completes a functional, good floor plan.
