Regarding the open kitchen... we will make a kind of "counter/bar" as a partition.. For breakfast... the floor-to-ceiling windows are all intentional... lots of brightness..
What should fit in the pantry? I find it way too small, practically a waste. Overall, I find the entire cooking/dining area way too cramped, if I see it correctly 2.5 meters, minus plaster. Somehow I just don't like the whole thing. If I see it correctly, just under 95 sqm of floor space plus bay window and yet it feels really tight.
So I find 11 sqm kitchen sufficient and almost 30 sqm living room as well... all that needs to be maintained and cleaned... and if that's not enough anymore... nothing will be enough... But alright... thanks for the assessment...
The pantry will be expanded a bit... and then just supplies that can simply go into the pantry... water crates... canned goods... stuff like that... But that's not 100% decided yet... if you can offer me an alternative... that isn't called [Hauswirtschaftsraum]... let me know... I just don't find food storage near the heating and such good...
Do you really believe this chamber will stay cool? The alternative is simple. Omit it and use tall cabinets instead. Currently, the room is 98 cm if there is plaster on the wall. With a shelf inside, it is hardly passable.
