As I already wrote in your thread, there are banal reasons (here as well, by the way). When the ideas for the house and the plot are two different things, the number of attempts until you understand that can become nearly infinite. Conversely: with every mental block you are willing to break down, you get closer to the solution (of the knot).
Basically, it is not difficult: [...]
An architect (that is, a professional house designer), who nevertheless makes ten unsuccessful attempts, either cannot listen or does not dare to dissuade the client from the most impossible whims.
Apart from the fact that furniture is interchangeable and everyone has different demands for living, you cannot please everyone. The planner cannot work magic either. We wanted 6 rooms (living room, bedroom, 2 offices, and 2 children's rooms) and a double garage. At the back, we have a building boundary, and on the left and right, we were actually supposed to keep 4 meters distance, but the plot is only 18 meters wide. You then have to make compromises in some points that are less important to you. Do we need 30 sqm for sleeping? Do the children need a 10 sqm children's bathroom? We did not think so, so we cut back there. Some families share one bathroom every morning, and downstairs there would also be an alternative in the form of another shower bathroom.
You don't find our floor plan successful. That is okay. But the way you present yourself here and distribute advice on how, in your opinion, to develop a floor plan, I find condescending and also inappropriate.
