Floor plan proposals - What works, what doesn't?

On the other hand, we have once seen a 17sqm bathroom in a new building that was clearly too large. And please remember: tiles are a popular additional expense! Ask exactly what else will come your way, even if a certain tile price is already included.

Hehe. For me, the tiles go up to (measured from the shower) "head height", ending about one handbreadth below the window lintel / above the mirror, leaving about 60+ cm distance to the ceiling. "Slaughterhouse bathroom" sounds good (I come from a butcher dynasty).
