So the thing with the utility room unfortunately didn't work out... the municipal utilities demanded that the utility room be close to the street, so now it's on the left... But that's OK... in the shower room I might still remove the shower and definitely open the door inward.

About the kitchen... Yes, I see it the same way... I would put the door where the window is now... just like you have it in your plan...

Well, that looks quite decent. D-Bad is supposed to mean shower bath, i.e. the traffic island passing arrow "Schedel" is supposed to be a shower cabin?

Is there going to be an attic, or will the old one remain?

Yes, tall kitchen cabinets without side framing just don’t work visually in open kitchens and tall cabinets (i.e. upper cabinets) also need to be visually integrated there.

I hope the flooring changes between the areas – otherwise you will always feel as if the TV sofa is standing in the living kitchen. These cooking show living rooms will never be my great love. At the sound of the phone ringing, I would always have the thought that at the other end is probably a viewer who now wanted to win a motivational mug from me with his quiz answers.

I don't really like any of this yet... but I'm open to ideas... I know you don't like the storage room... but I'd rather not give it up... even if it only becomes a dressing room... As I said. Ideas welcome...

What is this nonsense supposed to be now again?

Does this house manufacturer planner never listen or do you all speak such different languages, or how come that even her latest draft is always drawn differently than your floor plan development status?

Regarding the upper floor (from #175): the bathtub must still be within the 2m area with the "head end," so it needs to be rotated 90°.

And a stove also belongs in the kitchen?!

I hope not.
