That's exactly how I imagined it.

These are things that you as the builder can and should create yourself! For yourself!
This way you deal with the property yourself and don’t let the forum community piece it together puzzle by puzzle so that someone even gets an overview.

Maybe we are just thinking in too classical patterns that you absolutely have to be able to go from the garage to the utility room…

Or should we reconsider the entire floor plan like this and start with the utility room

Another draft that sticks a bit closer to the original draft on the ground floor. I am still a bit undecided where to place the washing machine here. The most elegant solution would probably be in the utility room upstairs. But there the water supply and drainage are a bit more complicated and the room is actually needed for the home office. It would be possible and probably most likely in the bathroom or you could use the small storage room downstairs.

The terrace doors at the top of the plan are just for light. So no confusion arises.
