No, of course you are absolutely right here. But in my opinion, the design is still too immature for a discussion. If you have a slope, you first have to take the terrain into consideration in your planning. If as a reader you can't see anything about that, you rightly wonder what there is to discuss when the facts will soon put a stop to it.
The situation would certainly look different if you posted a site plan with elevation data here. Also, views that show how you want to integrate the house into the slope would be best.
And if it’s only about wall thickness: for an initial plan, it’s best to plan exterior walls with 40 cm, interior walls with 20 cm. It’s easy to remember and rarely goes wrong.
