The orange area is the effective range of the air-water heat pump.

In the site plan, the initial planning was still roughly indicated, but the dimensions can be seen.

The parking spaces in the above B plan must definitely remain as drawn according to the municipality. The terrace is planned behind the garage marked in red, practically in the angle of house/garage.

On which line is the building boundary at the back? How many meters is the building envelope? As I see it, the house can be a maximum of 10 meters wide up to the double garage driveway.

The building window is 12m deep and in front and beside it there is a 3 meter distance to the road/neighboring property.

We assumed the house width to be 13.46m up to the driveway - maintaining 3m border distance to the neighbor = 10.46m for the house. We then assumed 10.50m for the house.

And the heat pump is then supposed to be placed within the setback distance to the neighbor, who is rather unlikely to have a garage there, but will have his southeast side facing that direction?

Exactly there is his garage or it is currently being built. (boundary construction)
