On which line is the building boundary to the rear? How many meters is the building window?
As far as I see, the house can be a maximum of 10 m wide up to the double garage driveway.

And the heat pump is then supposed to be in the boundary distance to the neighbor, who is unlikely to have a garage there, but rather has oriented his southeast side in that direction?
