No, that is your wood storage. :) The location is important with this floor plan for the depth of the kitchen, and it should adjoin the terrace. Yvonne still had alternatives – you have to dig around where that was. What exactly is the reason that the 5m further to the left would be decisive? I also see good separation from the public area there – so I don’t quite understand it.

"Doubts" is putting it very mildly. A district administrator is only the supervisor of the caseworkers in the authority, but the development plan is established by the people, represented by the district council, and the establishment follows a prescribed procedure. If the district administrator now invents an interpretation guideline that reweights the requirements of the development plan, this would practically be equivalent to an amendment of the development plan without a proper procedure. The development plan is a norm that must come into being according to the rule of law. Determining the shares of areas included in the application of the floor area ratio on one’s own authority, in my opinion, closely borders on perversion of justice.

In this respect, I would not see a reason to make a big issue out of it, to become the petitioner of a supposed request for exemption when one is actually the holder of a right to fully utilize the framework of the development plan. I do welcome every building family that does not exploit the floor area ratio down to the last square centimeter, but one does not have to exaggerate modesty either.

Here is another variant. Dimensions 10.5*8.5m.

Washing machine and dryer under the stairs in the utility room.

The upper floor should also work. Bathroom top right, bedroom bottom left.

I definitely want to thank you again for the many contributions, tips, advice, and the drafts. You are a great community!
I have drawn something again and incorporated many of your suggestions and ideas from your drawings.
Maybe you have ideas for this draft or spot any mistakes in my thinking.

I would swap my bedroom with the children's room in the NE, it would be too warm for me in the summer. I would also plan the kitchen differently, if a drawer is open there, no one can get past the island anymore.

Both children's rooms are in the south.
