We've thought about that too, but then there's no way to get from the garage into the house. Maybe we're just thinking in too traditional patterns—that you absolutely have to be able to go from the garage into the utility room... Also, it's unfavorable just because of the pipe routes for the air-water heat pump.

I consider it less important to get from the garage into the utility room. Moreover, such a side entrance takes up space in the room due to the resulting traffic area.

That would of course open up new possibilities. Would it then maybe make sense to design the hallway or foyer so that you can still enter the house through the garage? Or should we reconsider the entire floor plan and start with the utility room, planning it where the staircase is currently just sitting idle...?

Sorry, I’m probably being too stupid, can you please provide the development plan in text form so that it can be found online? Please do not link. I don’t understand the parking spaces. The parking symbol is outside your property. What are the dimensions of the property (fence lengths)?
