Yes, unfortunately nothing more is possible on the short side of the house with the terrace door. Since the staircase somehow has to come out roughly in the middle at the top, the entrance is also somehow fixed… :(

Hmm ok, too bad, should we otherwise change the external dimensions again to a square or something? One more question, could you or someone else from your side do us the huge favor of drawing our design with the straight staircase in such a program? Unfortunately, I’m really not good with that kind of thing, and it simply allows you to see so well whether the distances are even realistically fitting…. I am currently trying this staircase position. Your drawing doesn't work so well in such a minimalist way because you forget about the focus on the kitchen, wardrobe, etc. ;)

It somehow doesn't work. Or I have a mental block. The cloakroom is smaller, the island has shrunk to 2 meters, but the pantry is missing. As compensation, I enlarged the utility room (had to give up the shower). Then the disaster: despite the spiral staircase, there is no more space for the office upstairs :(
