But there are dollhouse furniture drawn in. And with the baroque cupboard kitchen, no window to the garden is possible at all

That is of course clear… we are just trying to find something suitable for us as a family, taking our preferences into account. It’s really very difficult.

I still gave it a "Like" because I find your effort to show alternatives commendable. However, the cost jump from hip roof to angled hip roof is more than just symbolic ... ... and that drives out the devil with Beelzebub ;-)

How quickly you have fewer problems when you forget to adjust the length of the width. Because I admit: width set to 9.35 and forgot to adjust the 10.49. I’m posting it anyway:

And here is a typical square with 9.70 x 9.70

hm, well, I also like cooking. Besides, I am an aesthete. But my kitchen measurements (countertop) are 5.20 including appliances, without tall cabinets! There are two of us, and I can’t give up 30cm of that. On the contrary, we had to add 40cm for the KVA. Surely, I could put a lot of stuff on the island, but I don’t want to. It’s supposed to be clean for working.

If you look back, you’ll see I planned more kitchen length before you posted this kitchen wall. In my view, a kitchen like that only works if you have a backup kitchen where a lot of stuff like toaster, KVA and Thermi or something similar can be put away.

Yes, we are not set on that yet either, it’s good that one is brought down to earth here. Then we need to rethink…

We seem to be relatively unaffected by this and you can achieve much more with child-rearing than you might think.
But I recall, we had a disagreement before because you didn’t want a tiled niche in the shower… because it occasionally needs to be emptied and cleaned…

For me… well, individually for me… a large hallway wouldn’t have been necessary. Because I’m usually ready 20 minutes before departure (so generally 5 minutes before we have to leave at the latest) and sitting fully dressed in the living room or on the stairs.

I want to emphasize this again because we are giving advice here and some people do rely on you or us.
The debate about whether the hallway is 5 or 10m² is currently an absolute luxury problem. 5m² more costs, according to your own calculations, 15,000+ EUR. For 5 minutes every 2 days when all 4 people are dressing at the same time…

The times when you could say “Well, 5m² more, with 1% interest… yeah, that’s fine…” are over. You need to please adjust your consulting accordingly. Houses with 140m² or less will now be the norm. It’s about optimization… and also compromises.
