Not only are the numbers wrong (250 sqm x minimum 2000€ including sauna and oven), but also the disappointment of seeing an inflated standard floor plan on the ground floor.
I roughly calculated: from the sink to the utility room, you have to walk at least about 30 meters back and forth... I would demand mileage allowance from the planner, that's how ill-conceived the whole thing is. Another participant here said it: planned on a large scale, but so far only experienced the 2-room apartment without any sensitivity for how large rooms fit together.
I find the upper floor a disaster: nothing fits in, completely ill-conceived. Absolutely incomprehensible to me — and I am thinking in terms of senior practicality, barrier-free comfort, child-friendly simplicity, or elite elegance.
I wouldn't want to buy the house if I were looking for a new home.
For me, this design is only a starting idea in which a lot of work (including educating the clients) should be planned.
