I find a 7 sqm and a 4 sqm (guests) bathroom completely sufficient. Others say that is way too small. For me, however, an open living and dining area with 40-50 sqm and open ceilings is important. That's how different it is.

Yes, the actual tinkering started with a flat roof and only 1 balcony. This is the stripped-down gable roof version. This probably spoils the overall appearance. I really think it's a shame that the 12.49 x 12.49 now somehow have to be forced into a gable roof. I am all for a really big villa.
