I see a structural problem: if I assume an approximate width of 3.50 in the bedroom (bed length, walking width, wardrobe), then wall and stairs with 2.20, there is no adequate or desired "remainder" left for a kitchen wider than 4 meters.

I have slightly adjusted my version. I was under the impression you wanted the house as far north as possible. I find the office on the ground floor better than on the upper floor. It is also big enough to convert it into a bedroom. The utility/storage room still has almost 8 sqm. Then the upper floor is a bit more spacious. The terrace, measuring 7*4m, is also big enough in my opinion.

There have already been several implementation-ready drafts here since the first proposal from . I recommend that the OP choose between them and not further mix the two aspects of "award decision on a draft to be forwarded to the general contractor for the purpose of realizing the construction wish" on the one hand and "design refinements for the purpose of the fun of designing" on the other. The oscillating Wolpertinger will probably only be found on the day after forever, but you can live in the "only" ninety percent but real own home (and the sooner you move in, the sooner you close the dream house chapter).
