House Design
Who designed it: do-it-yourself
What do you especially like? Why? Many floor-to-ceiling windows
What do you dislike? Why? Don’t like the kitchen; space for oven/fridge cannot be easily accommodated
Personal price limit for the house, including equipment: €300,000
Preferred heating technology: gas boiler

If you have to give up, on which details/expansions
- can you give up: guest room
- cannot give up: floor-to-ceiling windows

Why has the design become what it is now?
Standard design from the planner? A beginning

Well, precisely because of that the square floor plan. The longitudinal axis of the house must be oriented southwest. I definitely want to enter the house from the street side (here east) and have the garden on the west side, as this is the larger green area.

I planned the slanted wall to create more space for the living area. And for the small fireplace. It is only a draft of mine.

Alternatively, kitchen with pantry. Possibly, the guest toilet could also be placed here and more space created in the utility room.
