Now you’re starting to get into the swing of things. :)

I think the layout is great and it’s also a commonly used one, although usually there is a door to the kitchen at the bottom of the stairs so you don’t have to do an egg dance with the shopping bags first. Apart from that, you have to keep in mind that this is an open floor plan where any noise from downstairs carries up. So with school-aged children, there’s no loud Beethoven’s 9th via surround system in the evening.
What’s also a bit tight is the coat closet and the hallway. For a family of four, I’d plan at least a 150cm wide and 60cm deep wardrobe. More likely 2m.
But otherwise, top notch. I’d rank this one at the very top.

Yes, we are generally open to everything because sometimes we couldn’t really imagine how something would look. But by now it’s really fun to try. The courtyard garage/courtyard space is interesting if we can manage with the GZR there... in the end it’s not too much through the kink deductions.

That would of course really be cool to come directly to the kitchen at the front, noise is actually not the problem, just an evening movie doesn’t have to have a cinema feeling. But the fact that it is open definitely needs to be reconsidered.

I unfortunately had to say goodbye to a great idea because nothing fit at the top. But somehow I also find this one fine:

The upper floor is really great, we will adopt the location on the property. The ground floor is also coherent except for the kitchen area (utilizing the space under the stairs for a guest WC). We somehow imagine the kitchen larger, meaning the kitchen line. We actually plan with a freestanding refrigerator and with the kitchen line we then calculated about 4-4.5m as in our designs.

What other idea did you have?

Yes, unfortunately there is no more space on the short side of the house with the terrace door. Since the staircase has to somehow come out roughly in the middle at the top, the entrance is also somehow fixed… :(
