Nothing's going on with me, they're just really completely different things, that's all
And as I said further, all old wine in new bottles...there are few real achievements.

In our municipal assembly, the development plan was subsequently changed from 1.5 to 2 full floors (with the same eaves height). The statement then was, "so that the modern town villas can be built that are totally pure in 70 years."
My thought was just 'strange, in our Stade there are many town villas that were built 70 years ago' [emoji23]

We are happy that we can now build a town villa. Even our 1.5-story was square, so we could simply change it with the same floor plan.

Anthracite-colored windows: that's a good one! Five years ago, no man knew what "anthracite" even was, nor any woman how it is spelled just a little joke on the side
We do have them! And precisely because I grew up in a house with black windows and my first house also had these windows (both built in 1978). It was always something special compared to the white windows of others. Since anthracite was now offered and it flatters more than black to the white plaster, it simply became that color
Now I have a house like almost everyone else...

T-solution, that fits in the least bathrooms, I think, since none of them are sufficiently large enough. In that respect, you probably build yourself a mini-maze into the house. In my opinion, there are also far too many corners and edges that dominate the room when the T is not properly aligned with the room. It's simply not nice when you look at or move towards the short side of a wall.
In that respect: we don't have it

... no one claimed otherwise or rather your objection is also part of the thread and was written several times (you probably didn’t read it ? )

you seem to be snappy again [emoji23] Don't worry, I have read everything here, but for me there are neither hypes nor real trends, rather fads. But it's like in fashion, eventually the 50s come back again [emoji6]

To get back to the OP and the model home estate. There they try to show as much as possible with just one house. In my opinion, this has nothing to do with selling it that way. In car dealerships, the maximum configuration is usually displayed, but only to show what is possible, not to sell the car that way.

At least I don’t bite [emoji56]

The simple kitchens with recessed handles, primarily white, but also colorful ones like pastel fronts, rounded corners, Smeg refrigerators, bar stools... it’s all retro [emoji23]
