You are planning with a knee wall of 200 cm. That's why the parapet height is only 76 cm, so that there is still glass area in the windows. Because the window recess itself will end at a height of about 170 cm, then roller shutters. The glass area, after deducting the frame, will probably end at a maximum height of about 160 cm, and will presumably have a total height of about 75 to 80 cm. You have to like that. For me, these types of windows always have a "basement feeling." So that should be checked. .. lightning fast again .. everything fits, except for the staircase right at the front door ;).
