Even more gladly, the 11ant quietly honks "but this is a lovely porcelain shop," stops in front of the window and only carefully attaches a "Like" – only with a parent suite as a back room of an open-plan kitchen does he find that difficult

If only the "cathedral ceiling" had a hatch staircase

By principle, the extra effort of a staircase is balanced by a reduced required footprint. Effectively, the one-and-a-half-story usually has the cost advantage – but so small that there is a clear north-south gradient for preference, with the northern plain states favoring the one-level house and the mountainous states preferring the space saver.

Mowing area does not become smaller by being fragmented.

Yes, not everyone has an additional deer garden

As a matter of fact also for – see and and a felt fantastic bazillion single threads about tile size and so on and so forth.

But you can’t always lump a young family and you both into one demand category. The family needs twice as much space as you two.

It’s awesome when you can give the children their own floor to let off steam. And you can avoid each other sometimes. Even with peace, love and harmony, you want space to develop freely and not, as a teenager with friends, hear a “Shh, mom is sleeping next door.”
Being cramped is pretty much the worst... okay... it’s not cramped now. But just imagine having people live there.
My husband and I also wanted a bungalow. However, we were only allowed to build 135sqm, which wasn’t enough for me because I also want to do yoga sometimes, and not in front of the TV when my husband is there.
So we went with two levels and preferred living with sloping ceilings rather than too little space.
I always get the feeling you guys never have your own hobbies.

Someone here has also built with this company, will know, he stalks every thread and member ... also a huge bungalow, but with questionable access to the parents’ area, but with stairs and a gallery. Because you can also combine an open gable and rooms in the attic.

I took another look at the design: South and west orientation really come up way too short. The access to the main room is an inconspicuous door hidden somewhere in the hallway. You should always imagine visitors coming from the guest WC who first have to try every door to get back to the activity.
Katja’s design is really great in this respect, it would just not be the cozy orientation, which is way too short with east.

Why not now? One of my hobbies is my aquarium. It is in the living room next to the sofa. My husband is an enthusiastic fan since I always clean it shirtless. Maybe that would be an option for yoga too...?
