You have an additional storage room. So it would make sense to separate the utility room and the storage room. I’ll have to see how this can be best resolved.

tries to plan positively, best place in the entire space with a great view - kitchen workspace, kitchen furniture and refrigerator within reach, terrace, nearby dining area for 2-XX people, view of the garden - living room with fireplace, short path to the entrance, past the guest toilet, other direction to the private rooms

I don’t really understand that. The kitchen workspace is supposed to be the nicest spot? We hate kitchen work, rarely cook. Our living-dining room with kitchen actually pleases me very much. We already have a view of the garden from the sofa with fireplace. Dining area directly in front of a large sliding door with a view of the garden. We often sit at the table in the kitchen now. Let’s see if I can manage the rest without a walk-through room.

I just got a somewhat odd idea to model the staircase to the attic not in the hallway like at 's bungalow, but like at 's in the utility room; drain and second shower in the utility room, then hang the combination upstairs ... (?)

After almost three and a half years now in the bungalow, I say. Best idea ever with the staircase to the attic instead of a chicken ladder. How often do I use that up there! Not just for storage instead of the basement. I set up the model train up there for the grandchildren’s enjoyment. I have my Airex mat, my dumbbells, and the exercise ball up there. For Pilates exercises. Upstairs is the room where I keep paint and such in winter, frost-free. So, the staircase up there is worth its weight in gold.

Wrong dimensions or wrong orientation

Then it would be much better not to plan an open kitchen, but rather a conventional closed one.
