What is that boxed-in thing on the outside wall? The controlled residential ventilation? That could also be attached to the ceiling. What else is going to go in? What about the water storage tank? Your room measures just over 7 sqm... we also have 7.5, but in the L-shape... with a 300L water storage tank and controlled residential ventilation on the wall... the controlled residential ventilation measures 60 cm in width and is about 40 cm deep... the thick piping runs under the ceiling. Along a 3-meter-long wall, we have what you want, namely a kitchen unit. I would forget about that. Exactly: you need the space along the walls for placing things! That is priority number one. You will find your dirt sluice right behind your entrance door, namely the hallway! A technical room is not a hallway, a utility room is not a hallway, the laundry area is not a hallway. The hallway is a hallway and is exactly what you are now looking for and not finding in the utility room. Hopefully, the planned wardrobe will also be off it and will connect the outdoor area with the living area.

Not in a 15 cm exterior wall. Well, then there is also: the secondary side of the heating system, possibly buffer storage, definitely expansion vessel, the already mentioned heating circuit distributor, controlled residential ventilation with silencer, distribution box, inspection shafts, the electrical house connection box, your electrical cabinet, network, cable/TV, all utility entries... I see less than 8 m². I would rather consider skipping the window to gain wall space. What I would also think about is a utility room that is separated from the living area by an 8 cm (drywall) partition...

HKV also works surface-mounted. In a [HAR] definitely possible, because ugliness doesn't matter.

Thank you very much so far! Regarding the questions:

The money seems to be correct. We have an awkward wall projection in the kitchen; to clarify whether it can be shortened, a structural engineer would have to be asked – for a fee.

Status of the construction site: Still before the foundation slab, to my knowledge only the intermediate ceilings have been cast.

We still have an upper and attic floor. Floor buildup unknown. In the construction specification it says "approximately 18cm EPS thermal insulation will be laid on the foundation slab; continuous water pipes for heating and drinking water will be laid in EPS formwork parts".. does that help?

The box is floor-high, it contains the controlled residential ventilation or rather the pipes to the other floors. Unfortunately, I don’t know what else is going in.

Interesting thought about the walkthrough room and the door by the car... that should fit, the door would be just behind the carport, so directly at the trunk.

The empty conduits for LAN all end in the attic next to the photovoltaic storage; I will do the network distribution there. No coax, only CAT7.

The wall to the living room is 15cm limestone block, only the one to the hallway is 8cm drywall, as far as I understand.

Only empty conduits or does the electrician lay cables directly as well? If not, are you doing it yourself? Then have fun pulling them in later :D If the attic is an unheated roof, then LAN distribution in the attic is unfavorable (due to weather conditions and comfort), otherwise "only" comfort losses. There are definitely enough threads about LAN wiring, just make sure to plan enough outlets :).

Then please define the conduit diameter with your electrician. For 2 x LAN cables at least M25. He should also install the conduit with as few sharp bends as possible.
