I can unfortunately not quite follow you, but is it now the case that solid houses are somewhat cheaper (or exactly 1/3 :-))?

It's a pity that things quickly became so unobjective here. I would like to return to the original question, since we are facing the same problem. What about the lifespan and resale value of [Massivhaus] vs. [Fertighaus]?

If you compare a good prefabricated house with a good solid house, and invest the same care, your house will surely last as long as you live. We are talking about houses that have already stood for more than 50 years... How sensible is it today to invest a lot of money in such a property? Energetically, they are mostly completely off. What standard will we have in 50 years?

I would say both construction methods are equal. Both solid and prefab suffer from moisture. So it is necessary to prevent this.

Regarding resale value, unfortunately solid houses are better valued by banks. No matter what kind of prefabricated house you build. However, it is equally bad today not to build a basement :D

We built a prefabricated house and would do it again anytime.

I am currently building a prefabricated house and almost everything is included except flooring and excavation work. Everything is included (Bodenplatte, walls, roof, beams, heating, etc.) and I am paying about 210,000 euros. And I am not building with a cheap manufacturer but with one recommended to me by the Bauherren-Schutzbund.

You can roughly calculate the following:

House with foundation slab turnkey 210,000
finished garage 10x3m - 10,000 euros
excavation work, cistern, pipes 18,000 euros
land xxx euros
miscellaneous another 20,000
then you are, you you you through. On the subject of value comparison solid vs. prefab I can only say that I know someone who works in a field that looks far beyond the horizon. There I was told that in the coming years procedures will be developed to completely renew prefab houses through simple renovation after 60-70 years. That means your children will buy, for example, in xx years for 30,000 euros a complete renovation of the exterior walls and it's done. Possibly in the future there will be materials that are thin and strongly insulating. Here you can rely on the German industry and craftsmanship without worries. With a prefab house you can’t go wrong. As I said, don’t buy from cheap providers but from premium providers. The consumer protection association surely gives tips.
