I already answered that. For 360 cm cabinets, you should plan at least 2.5 cm panels on both the right and left sides. So a total installation width of 365 cm. That means at least 3 cm more for the rough construction dimension.

Story height .. your ceiling is planned on average with 20 cm.

I would say that planning should primarily be based on the financial possibilities ;)

I do think that without a door there is significantly more space. Also, the access to the WC is more elegant that way, even if not necessarily more practical.

Honestly, I don’t think the floor plan is bad, but there are too many little details that add up to a small mountain of frustration for me. What would bother me most is still the access to the utility room through the kitchen or living areas. Then the tight dining area, which only works if you don’t close off the living room with the glass door. The tiny WC door, the cramped sofa, the cramped kitchen, and ultimately the somewhat too large hallway for this house size.
That would be too many small annoyances for me.

Apart from that, why are there always two measurements given for the square meter figures on the ground floor? Could someone briefly explain that to me?

Please say that is supposed to be a joke. The box where you found this thought saying "Things you never do" is there for a reason! You don't. Stay out of it. The stairs are to be planned by the architect (including detailed planning!!!), and hopefully that is someone without quotation marks. If a general contractor (GC) is involved, the stairs belong in their scope of work, and if necessary, a mutually agreed stair builder should be commissioned as their subcontractor. You N-E-V-E-R award stairs separately in a GC house, Mrs. Sophie! At the very least, only a fool plans their house around furniture that will only have four years of remaining useful life there. Most first-time homebuilders come from apartment buildings with floors – a change that very rarely happens without changing furniture purchasing behavior. Therefore, previous habits should not be extrapolated into the future. Not me for five pennies, I tend to see that as practical.

Carrying the laundry through the kitchen? Unfortunately, I have some doubts whether you are the expert on regularly washing clothes for a family of four? ;)

No, the dirty laundry goes through the chute, and you don’t exactly have to carry it out again while frying.
