Here is a view for you of what is meant by the nesting box :)
I will take a close look at your proposals tomorrow. I need to get some sleep in between.

Ah, ok, thanks ... it's a matter of taste. I noticed the windows on the upper floor again. You are planning with a knee wall of 200 cm. That's why the parapet height is only 76 cm, so that there is still glass area in the windows. Because the window niche itself will end at a height of about 170 cm, then the roller shutter. The glass area will probably end at a maximum height of about 160 cm after deducting the frame, and will probably have a total height of about 75 to 80 cm. You have to like that. For me, this type of windows always has a sort of "basement feeling." So it should be checked. .. once again lightning-fast .. everything fits actually, except for the staircase directly at the front door ;).

Then let's rotate them:

I want to say that I personally find the sole orientation towards the garden nicer. Although the plot is quite wide, there are still neighbors on the left and right. Also, you can see here that a bit more width with less depth is often advantageous for the rooms.
Maybe the garage will be rotated back to horizontal. That’s nicer for parking bicycles and there is enough space.

Exactly ... you can also see that in my example floor plans. And, the staircase is good ;)

I think there are some great ideas in there, even if some things are not exactly as the OP wishes. But as we know, many things are changeable. Here again as a reminder the points that are important.

According to the TE, the seating window can also be on the ground floor.

Open staircase ... in my examples it can rather only be semi-open ;), however, the square meters can still be adjusted and these are only examples, not exact planning.

The kitchen is in all examples, including those from , not in the visible area of the living area .. that is, the pure living area.

The office can be designed anywhere (in Katja's and my examples) with garden access.
