Of course, one may seek advice, certainly also via remote consultation. However, in an internet forum, I could save the draft you showed without you even noticing – let alone that you would be able to swear to the draft author when I deleted this file again. I would understand anyone who saw the interests of the draft author prevailing there.

We have meanwhile signed the contract for work and in that context asked whether the floor plan may be used in a forum for exchange... :)

So here is the new design – there was a reduction in area from 175 to 160 sqm for cost reasons, but we can live well with that.
The entrance area was chosen to the side because I don’t like looking from the dining table at the front door and discarded children's shoes. The utility room could be larger, but as mentioned, we had to reduce... The stairway initially extended into the living area, but I would like to have the option to create a partition to the hallway. I’m curious about opinions on this change.

That was my first thought as well. Of course, you have to make compromises somewhere, but I would definitely reconsider that; having access to the washing machine and dryer like that would be impractical in everyday life.

Laundry chute from the bathroom or dressing room. It actually hasn’t been drawn in yet. You always notice everything.
