You might really have to sketch the kitchen with the adjoining dining area somewhere outside, then insert the table size, etc.

The room depth of the dining area is about 310 cm ... and there is the table and the entrance area to the open-plan living/dining/cooking space.

That can become very tight as a distribution center for the room.

I would have fewer concerns about the kitchen size. A 6-unit row + compact island seems okay to me. The tightness at the dining area is questionable. The living room door even opens out into the hallway. Taking the wall further back is also difficult; otherwise, the WC door won't fit. By the way, that is also suspiciously tiny. The fact that the bay window above then floats rather uselessly in the air, although below it could almost be a breakthrough, is almost ridiculous. But that was probably a pipe dream, right?

I would reconsider whether the corner window in the living room is really necessary. It makes the window construction more complex and expensive, the [Raffstore] around the corner will have a cable as a guide instead of a rail and then tends to rattle in the wind. At that point, I would fix the corner and add the 63cm to the window next to it. This enlarges it (to the 2.25 from the children's room above) and possibly designed as a seating window instead of floor-to-ceiling would be my solution there.

Is the garage allowed like this with you? Here it was always either boundary construction or 3m distance. Anything in between is not permitted.

Again regarding the garage, this way you would have more garden and could still go outside with the bicycles independently of the cars. This path beside the garage also has the characteristic of always being "dirty." Due to the wind currents around the garage, leaves and all sorts of other things accumulate there. It also provides "strangers" with easy access to the garden and the back of the house. Even with a garden gate, it would be a nice opportunity for uninvited "visitors."

"Something like that" is allowed or not generally excluded. One meter distance is considered boundary construction.
