Suggestions for the floor plan of a single-family house about 175 sqm, gable roof house

I can't keep up as fast as Katja comes up with ideas. :) I am currently looking through all your ideas and filtering them a bit.

I wanted to give a current status update. We reflected once again, went to an architect without many specifications (except for the nesting box and the room planning) and received a design that we really like and approve of – both inside and outside. It is very, very similar to example #66 from , only the entrance situation is handled a bit differently. Would discussing the new floor plan in this thread be appropriate or should it be in a new one?

I would love to have the current floor plan discussed. However, it is explicitly noted on the plans that duplication is not permitted. That confuses me a bit. Do I have a chance to have the plans at least once reviewed by and ?

Not really. You shouldn’t take licenses etc. lightly. That quickly causes trouble. You can ask the architect directly if you may discuss the draft with your friends in the forum (in writing). If not, then better leave it.

You can also trace the plans or something like that. A rough scale sketch with some dimensions is also sufficient. Preferably on mm paper.
