That’s exactly what the methodology I explained to you is good for. And you might have a different opinion about it. That’s okay, and I also pointed out to you that - as soon as you seriously think about why you find the suggested approach wrong - you can also find the "planner within you" on this (apparent) detour and then come to results just as good as the person who takes path A and blindly copies what was recommended as a method. Only "no" path does not lead to the goal – going clockwise or counterclockwise would both work. Did you dream that all you had to do was tickle us, and then Katja, Kerstin, or Yvonne would finish drawing the plan, like the Heinzelmännchen in Cologne back then?

Here professionals are in the minority.

Try to plan from the inside out.
1. Room program not just dressing room, but 5 running meters of wardrobe
dining table there you take a rectangle with table size +80cm all around
etc.
2. Entrance is fixed, then location of the kitchen, etc.
3. see where you end up and try to bring that into sensible dimensions
If it is 9.75 x 10.5, then it is like that and you don't have to plan with 9 x 11.5 for example.
4. stay flexible. For example, what use is the dressing room if the wardrobe meters don’t fit? Then better a bedroom with enough wardrobe space. Children’s bathroom why not shower downstairs and done.

You have to try to implement your wishes, your ideas, fitting the plot and the budget. That is the squaring of the circle. Almost everyone has made compromises here.

I find our house great, I would build it the same way again. Little of our original ideas remain. During the construction phase we even canceled the dressing room.

But there. Also in this thread.
If there is no feedback from the OP to the (rightfully) asked questions, they just quickly opt out again.

I don't read a brisk tone.

You won't get ready-made floor plans here. People offer help, provide tips, hints, experiences, and inputs. You can accept them, or not.

Many, many model houses have their reason for existence.
Whether you swap the utility room with the cloakroom or turn the children's bathroom into a guest room or remove entrances, you can decide for yourself. However, many designs are aimed at something, e.g. certain sightlines, openness, or the type “space miracle.” This Bien-Zenker house gains through the staircase area open to the living room. Bien-Zenker just has nice floor plans.
Basically, I can never really warm up to Bien-Zenker designs. They may look good, but there is a lot of modular patchwork – and you never know if a design presents with extras or if the basic shape is really as shown. In the end, that determines the price.
At least this just under 50 sqm large living room can accommodate a grand piano. Whether you ultimately need that... just under 60 sqm for cooking, eating, and living. Many plan with 40/45 sqm and are happy. Too many sqm are used here for the dining area that are missing elsewhere. See also the gallery.

That could be swapped.

The kitchen doesn’t gain anything from that... quite the opposite... I would rather consider dividing the too generous space, so to think about whether the sqm are properly distributed.

Why? It is possible when you let a professional plan.

You say it yourself: just let a graduate handle it.

But this is neither a treasure trove nor are there experts here who do house planning free of charge.

We are almost exclusively ambitious builders who help each other. We also like to discuss a design from a professional or general contractor with regard to your wishes.

No, no one was brusque here. In another forum, which is actually filled with many professionals, the tone is an outright mob tone. But there it is also said: if you can’t take that, you’re not cut out for building a house.

Why don’t you have something new created by your architect? You already have a design. They’ll mark with a red pen a lot of things that you don’t like or that are stupid, and the architect then has the task of fixing the flaws. Then you can discuss again here.
