Ah, you've also forgotten to reflect quite a few other things. But okay. A bit gloomy, the long way from the dressing room to the bed. It wouldn't be mine. To me, it looks like a cramped makeshift solution.

We have commissioned our architect with the drawing including finding a solution for the [OG].
Next week we will meet with the energy consultant regarding [KfW] - another exciting topic. If you learn one thing, it is the ability to quickly grasp various topics related to the house.
I have also spoken with the bank. I had set the budget very low in a Hanseatic manner. This has now been corrected for some relief.
Tonight we will meet with our shell construction company. Here we will discuss their scope of work, as they would also directly handle the possible garage.
So basically, we can now focus on the floor plan. I look forward to your contributions.

Are you sure that you are not confusing gross and net here? €1,750 net is about €2,000 gross, right?

Good point. I actually assumed 1,750 gross when I wrote that I consider that too low. Thank you

No, I calculate the 1750 as the absolute minimum per sqm net. I have already learned that.

The one-and-a-half-story house from post #51 doesn’t work, especially not for the rooms located on the eaves side. I have to remember the joke about the prefabricated garage: if it doesn’t conflict with the "design-oriented view," it’s not cost-effective.
