Those who are not burdened with having to squander a large inheritance, I would conversely recommend – that is, as is usual for ordinary mortals – to proceed by applying the "design-oriented perspective" in the finish rather than, as apparently done here, already at an early stage of conception. The cars here are still the last of all that which, where it is drawn, really has no place. If the budget already does not fit, then for the restart you must absolutely go to the blank sheet with empty hands.

P.S.: When I look at the space around furniture & co., I strongly doubt, first of all, that an architect was responsible for this; and secondly, I fear a similar lack of precision when estimating costs.

Have everything here. From the architect contract to the DIN 276 cost estimate of the same. 100k over the discussed maximum budget.

We have enough negative examples here in the forum. This approach only causes confusion.

But I meant us. Without registration and posting in this forum, I probably would have even tried to realize the project - so I am more than grateful for the feedback.

Bathtub is missing. It has to be included. You may not be bathing now. During pregnancy, I moved in there, now the child uses it and later clearing baths? What I want to say is that the needs change.

Definitely think about the furnishing beforehand. Especially if someone cares about the design, one is not satisfied with a beer table in the dining area. More than this width will not fit.

Start from the beginning.
