The staircase looks very short and leads to a straight staircase. Would you like to add some dimensions?

The parking space is somewhat too small. I would give the bicycle room (good idea) a door to the trash bins. This way, the bicycles can go in and out without scratching the car. The passage from the garage to the utility room could be drafty. The staircase seems a bit short. There are simply missing measurements.

I drew the staircase "on a whim." For some reason, the floor plan software unfortunately didn't have a straight staircase in its repertoire... There would still be space to enlarge the staircase forwards and backwards.

I will add measurements and square meters tonight and then upload it again.

One square corresponds to 20 cm.

By the way, the bike cellar is supposed to have a separate entrance. I forgot to include that in the drawing.

I know. The car is not supposed to disappear completely behind the garage wall, but basically just stop there. There is still a driveway in front of the garage. I will try to create and upload a property view during the week.

Yes, that is planned. I forgot to draw it in.

Yes. We fear that too. So far, we don’t have a better idea. Possibly the garage would then have to be directly attached to the house, so there is a passage from the garage to the house.

Aesthetically, that won’t be good though. I think it would all look very bulky then... It is already quite big as it is. The exterior view currently gives us bigger headaches than the floor plans...

See above.

Update to what? - under which post number is the previous version, and where does the staircase lead to?

See post #36. Staircase leads to the upper floor...

I will provide the floor plan for the upper floor during the week. It is not quite finished yet.

Attached is the revised ground floor plan (larger staircase and bike cellar with exterior door) with dimensions (interior measurements):
