Basically everything including the garage door etc. We even have the landfill fees included, house connection to the sewers, etc. - essentially all those small items that are often missing with timber builders. In addition, cellar and house come from a single source. Inside/outside all plastered in the famous Q3. Of course, there are also small items and points of discussion. However, far fewer than in the previous construction service descriptions. The word "builder's scope" does not appear. We will still have the offer and the construction service description checked, as a layperson you do not immediately see or recognize many things....That already sounds much better! Can you write a little more about the equipment? What is already included in the price?

We are building with a general contractor who, however, manufactures the walls in the factory (solid wood). For the house, we are at about 2,450 euros/sqm and have a relatively good standard and KfW40 for that. And we are not building in the middle of nowhere but rather in the higher-priced Bavarian-Baden-Württemberg border area. So, I think the price could definitely be better!

here comes another small update. We have now made quite a bit of progress with the floor plan design. Attached is a sketch of the latest planning:

Please don’t hold me to the exact centimeter. We used a heavily simplified planning program that only allows drawing in 20 cm increments. The implementation by the architect is expected next week.
