In my experience, that is actually the case, only that you will probably never manage to get two exactly identical offers (down to the manufacturer of the mortar, supplier of the wood, etc.). And sometimes one just adds something extra on top.

It has also been confirmed with us that there is not much difference.

Don’t your children bathe? They would then also have to run through your bedroom to get to the bathroom with a bathtub. I would simply slide the door from the hallway to the bedroom a bit upwards and place another one between the dressing room and the bedroom.

And yes, sleeping habits change in life! Due to work or age.

Overall, I quite like the floor plan. But it certainly still needs fine-tuning.

We are continuously developing the floor plan. This is of course by far not the final floor plan yet. Currently, for example, we are considering a roof window for the master bathroom instead of a strip of windows.

The children are – when they are small – of course bathed in the master bathroom. From teenage age on, there is then only a shower. What you don’t know, you can’t miss, right?
