Hello,
so if I understand correctly, about one meter of "anteroom" would have to be planned
You have to - at minimum - create a landing after the stairs at the depth of the living room door.
I would also like to write something about your submitted floor plan, which I - frankly - find suboptimal, especially on the ground floor; it somewhat resembles a bowling alley. Semi-detached houses usually don’t leave much planning freedom, but at least your planner should consider all possibilities ... it can be done much better. Especially since your plan - once built - won’t be exactly cheap.
I quickly modified the ground floor plan. A completely different picture emerges if you move the garage 3.00 m backwards; most building authorities allow that, and if not, I would consider switching to a standard garage of 3.00 x 6.00 m; you have planned a basement. This allows you to place the entrance to your semi-detached house on the left side and voilà, farewell bowling alley. Now you have the freedom to consider whether you want a wardrobe or rather another access straight ahead ... whether you want an open kitchen/dining area or not ... whether you want an American-style entrance (directly connected to the living area without a hallway) or prefer to keep it classic ... whether you want the stairs as an integral design element in the living area or rather separated ... as attached, at least the bathroom connections are aligned ... etc. If applicable, you can also extend the stairwell up to the 2.00 m line, which opens up other possibilities for room layout in the upper floor and attic.
Sorry, I hardly comment on floor plans at all .... actually ...
Rhine regards
