So with us it has added up quite a bit. Just because of this totally overpriced acceptance every month. No one understood why we were putting so much pressure to get rid of the cheap construction power. If this acceptance is not necessary for you (the supplier only told us this when setting up. It was new for us. Acquaintances who built at the same time didn't have this problem) it will be much cheaper

I will definitely ask our utility provider about this. Thanks for the tip! My amateur master plan was anyway to have the photovoltaic system installed after the installation appointment in the same week (since the scaffolding will still be there) and then quickly get the electrical system up and running so that maybe a large part can already run on the photovoltaic system...

Hello Alessandro, your living area really looks awesome. Would you perhaps have a floor plan available? How much total living space do you have? Best regards

Construction power resulted from the long and expensive standby time of the construction power box and very high electricity consumption for construction drying. So for a wooden house hopefully significantly cheaper.

Regarding connection costs, the "experience value" from our general contractor was 9k, but that was already from 2018 and in the meantime the costs have apparently become significantly more expensive. Maybe ask the municipal utilities directly?

Earthworks with a large buffer certainly never hurts, as they seem completely unpredictable.
And then maybe 10k are missing right away...
But hopefully something will still be left over, because we leveled a similar square meter plot with a 3.5m height difference as far as possible without a retaining wall.
Of course, if you need/want a retaining wall, then it looks quite different again.

The outdoor area is probably a wide field and looks different with own labor.
For us:
- 10k terrace
- 10k paving entrance, path around and to the house
- 10k terrace roof
- 12k driveway
- 2k roof house entrance
- 6k garden own labor and various "small stuff"

Regarding the construction power box, we also conducted the monthly functional test. The electrician of our contractor charged 60/month rent for the box and 100/month for the inspection. Over a 10-month period of standby time, that added up...
