Yes, I think I have already briefly reported somewhere about the GU.

For us, the chemistry and gut feeling simply fit with him. We just trust the company.

With all the others, we have uncovered one or the other small trick or little untruth - even though no one has lied and cheated on us from start to finish. That then always leaves a certain bad taste.

I meant whether you would like to reveal (without a link) what it is called.

- U P D A T E -

Hello everyone,
here comes a little update again.

Since we have now decided on a general contractor, we are moving forward with the detailed planning. The last details of the floor plan are now being clarified and the electrical installation is being planned in parallel.

In addition, we have submitted our current planning status to the building authority of the municipality for prior coordination.

Furthermore, we have already requested individual offers for the trades
- fireplace construction,
- plastering and painting work,
- photovoltaic system and battery storage,
- carpentry work (parquet flooring and interior doors),
- kitchen construction as well as
- bathroom equipment/sanitary objects

or arranged corresponding planning/consultation meetings.

The schedule foresees the written reservation confirmation by the municipality by the end of October and then immediately the commissioning of the soil survey and land surveying.

Attached is our current cost statement:

The positions highlighted in yellow already have a fixed price guarantee. The remaining positions are budget values.

With us, some items were significantly different in price compared to you, but it will probably balance out again. However, maybe it helps you if I tell you the biggest differences. Much more expensive with us was/will be: - Construction electricity/water 5k not 1k - House connection 11k not 6k - Furniture/lamps 6k instead of 2k, although we had already furnished a house before - Outdoor facilities 50k instead of 25k On the other hand, much cheaper with us: - Earthworks 20k for a house with a basement instead of 40k Why did you plan so much there? Are there regional differences? - Kitchen with us 10k, but the wishes vary widely there

Proxon is an air-to-air heat pump, right? I would strongly advise against it and definitely plan for underfloor heating.
