3.) The phone call to arrange an appointment with the house seller from Büdenbender-Haus was very positive. We have a really good feeling and are already looking forward to the appointment. Maybe it was also because we know the house seller privately through a few connections. At the beginning of April, we will have our initial meeting on-site.

4.) We have also already been able to arrange appointments with the other FH companies. The first contacts were all pleasant. Schwörerhaus and Bien-Zenker are scheduled for mid-May. Hanse Haus will be at the end of May.

thank you for your feedback on my question the other day.
I can tell you about Büdenbender that we have already had our first conversation with the house seller and are also very positive. It was a very long conversation with an inspection of the plot on site and a subsequent discussion lasting over 3 hours.
A lot already fit, and we got along very well right away. There was absolutely no pressure applied, and we are now looking forward to a rough planning drawing and another conversation. Everything seemed extremely transparent, and the employee goes through a kind of questionnaire booklet in which your own interests and ideas are recorded. Very detailed but also very enlightening for us.
We also have an appointment with FMR soon, and we will also go to Fingerhaus. We will probably limit ourselves to these three companies for now and then see how it goes. Fingerhaus is ruled out for us. I can gladly report back to you how it was. It’s annoying that you can’t send private messages at this point in time.
