Single-family house – new construction project from day one - and the planning begins

The main reason for my skepticism, however, is the many banknotes that are now being printed and given away. You can’t just print real estate, and it is quite stable in value. So where to put all the money? ...

Built solidly with 36.5cm aerated concrete, bathroom as well as shower bath completely with oversized tub and included, heat pump and underfloor heating, floor-to-ceiling windows everywhere with manual roller shutters which are retrofitted with electric belt winder from the company Rademacher. 35-degree studio trusses with 4 large branded windows from Velux, all doors with 3x light cutouts, some as sliding doors, etc. at a fixed price from the largest German solid house builder in Germany for €231,000. I would never pay the rip-off exorbitant prices of prefabricated house manufacturers. Their low-quality houses cost from €300,000. Normal price for these €120,000-150,000.

Qualitatively inferior... Mhm.
