However, this applies more to old buildings with cool walls than to new buildings.

... of old buildings or insufficiently insulated houses. I strongly doubt that the wall behind a piece of furniture in a KfW55 house would start to mold. Sorry for the off-topic...

No, also new builds. Especially Viebrockhaus with the 3-month houses are predisposed to mold behind the bathroom mirror. It is the construction moisture in the walls that needs to get out. That is why you have to ventilate regularly... up to 2 years to get the construction moisture out. That is a basic principle in house building! In the past, people lived in dry conditions. That no longer exists today.

Otherwise, it wouldn't really be a KfW55.

I observe. The room layout on the ground floor fits perfectly with the cardinal directions and does not need to be changed. Kitchen in SE, living room in S and SW up to NW. Fits. The ground floor can remain open if desired, although I would reconsider the staircase a bit. Whether a stairwell partially separated from the living room would not be more practical, even if it had little style. The upper floor fits quite well. I would improve the bedroom by placing the little ironing room to the northeast and the bedroom to the SE. I would add a wall or something similar to the gallery and use it as a storage room. Now we have to wait and see how the prices turn out. Savings potential would be Hansapor instead of Ytong. Instead of floor-to-ceiling windows, regular windows. All windows in standard hardware store size rough opening 102.
