Congratulations, I am impressed with your house. I think it is really successful and the fact that you managed so well with the budget is also great. Contrary to another comment here, I don’t think you can tell that it was built cheaply. Without knowing the costs, I would definitely price it much higher. I especially like the beautiful wooden floor and the concrete ceiling, that’s exactly how we want it too. The staircase, railing, and kitchen are also great eye-catchers. I will definitely go through all 43 pages again :)

is meant: I read it consistently as positive; cost-conscious is not "cheap". Areas of a bathroom where no splashing water gets anyway, sparing them from full tiling is, in my opinion, a cost discipline approach that does not impair living quality.

There is a difference between cheap and price-conscious. You can see it in some places, yet or precisely because of that, the handwriting of the builders is recognizable. Take the great shower curtain. Cheap would be the 9.99 euro plastic piece, price-conscious it is because the unusual curtain was cheap compared to the boring glass pieces. Or the open floor plan. Every wall costs. or the windows or the limited floor area. Building price-consciously is not a bad thing

You really like the shower curtain. I bought it on Etsy - just search for linen [Duschvorhang] there. But beware: it is really very expensive for a shower curtain - it is handcrafted from high-quality material.

I just saw the pictures because I had to look for the shower curtain. Your home has really become beautiful. It shows a lot of style, simply successful. I also really liked the staircase, for example. This mix of raw concrete staircase with wood, simply brilliant. All thumbs up that I have. :)
