That is rather for those with a low income and a large inheritance. With the income, you don’t save enough to start with substantial equity. The assumption that one can build or buy a new house today with a household gross income of 60k is quite interesting.

The taxable income, not simply the gross. That can easily be a 20-30k difference.

Did I understand correctly that they divide the two levels of funding according to the same criteria as the 40NH and 40NH + QNG funding? So anything worse than KfW40 also does not get "Baukindergeld"? Well, I'm curious about the interest rates...

Can both of these be combined then?

Exciting question whether the CO2 life cycle limits of 297/298 must also be adhered to here, but I fear the answer is yes.

The information sheet states that the average taxable income of the applicants from the 2020+2021 income tax assessments is relevant for applications submitted in 2023... This way, young families will have significantly better chances if the mother was on parental leave/part-time at that time and the income is better again today because the kids are going to [KiTa] or something :)

The level "Climate-friendly Residential Building" is achieved when the new building meets the requirements of an Efficiency House 40 as well as the requirements for greenhouse gas emissions in the building lifecycle for the "Sustainable Building Quality Seal". The level "Climate-friendly Residential Building – with QNG" is achieved when the new building, in addition to the requirements of an Efficiency House 40, meets all requirements of the "Sustainable Building Quality Seal Plus" (QNG-PLUS) or the "Sustainable Building Quality Seal Premium" (QNG-PREMIUM) and a sustainability certificate for the new building is issued by an accredited certification body. Eligible for funding are the total building costs, costs for specialist planning and construction supervision services including services for lifecycle analysis or sustainability certification. For own work, material costs are eligible for funding. Further details on the eligible measures and costs can be found in the information sheet "KFN - Eligible Measures and Services".
