KfW Funding Climate-Friendly Residential Building from March 2023

My conclusion about this subsidy after having read quite a bit and watched videos. We are building with a smaller developer. Absolutely no chance to save money here. The house would probably even meet the QNG standard, but the proof is too expensive and would cost many times the subsidy. Only with prefabricated houses, solid stick-built houses, or multi-family houses can one benefit from the subsidy. That is my personal conclusion; I would love to be proven wrong. Otherwise, we could really use the KfW loan.

You have poorly informed yourself. There are not without reason two levels in the KFW funding. At the first level, a KFW 40 house with the ecological balance of the QNG standard is sufficient. You can achieve that even with a small developer.
