Instead of 5%, there is now 15% for example for the KfW55 house and thus a subsidy of €18,000 through a max. €120,000 loan, instead of previously €5,000!!

For the
construction or purchase of a newly built KfW efficiency house, the repayment grant increases by 10%.
The maximum loan amount increases by €20,000 to a total of €120,000.
