In his attachment in the middle. I am not aware of any water level report for 297/298. But 750 million are said to be available; with 100-150k per housing unit, we are talking about 5,000-7,500 housing units. That will be taken relatively quickly

So it would be 25 - 30,000 housing units. Not much with 400,000 planned apartments and realistically 250,000 built. I guess that will last about 3 months

Hm... Is that stated somewhere? If that’s the case, then the Baukindergeld interest rate couldn’t be higher than the other one, right? Otherwise, it would make no sense (or am I missing something)? Accordingly, the Baukindergeld subsidy is only 40k higher than the normal subsidy? But that’s not really attractive... Then it would become a flop in the income group, since this income with the additional costs from 40NH hardly stands a chance with these interest rates? After all, we’re talking about a 40NH new build – under 500-600k for a family-friendly size (140sqm × 3,500 = 490k plus land plus additional costs etc.) – even with 20% equity, that’s not affordable. Maybe still possible with 3% interest for the rest – but definitely not with 4% upwards... It’s almost impossible without an inheritance. Because doing it yourself with a family is rather not an option either :( Or am I having a complete misunderstanding here?
